Karel Hilversum

Karel A. Hilversum is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico. He is a geographer and explorer by passion and an educator and psychologist by vocation. He teaches leadership at Cornell University. He identifies as “Itharican” and explores his new identity. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, plays the guitar, and spends time with his family and friends.
